Chris Drenth has a degree in mechanical engineering and has been with Boart Longyear since 1995. Inventor of the RQ and XQ rod joints, and the Roller Latch head assembly, he has been involved with the engineering of the company’s coring products throughout his tenure. He has held the role of engineering director for performance tooling since 2008.
