Ashley Foster is the vice president and fourth generation leader of Andrews & Foster, where she is responsible for ensuring all field and office operations are in compliance with federal and state regulations, including those of the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Foster leads the health and safety, recruitment, human resources and compliance divisions of the Athens, Texas-based company.
