My advice is to buy your own drill and support equipment; there, you are now a driller.

We prepare for every drilling scenario possible, but we do not do a good enough job preparing for the worst.

Drilling is a disruptive process in which most of the damage is created subsurface and is never seen.

In 2015, the focus was on jobsite innovations that would make the job easier and safer. The next step, and the 2016 focus, is that people are the most important component of a great company.
