The National Ground Water Association announced this year’s crop of award recipients. Awardees formally accept their awards at the 2013 Groundwater Expo in Nashville this month. This year’s awards recognize a variety of groundwater professionals and projects.
The National Ground Water Research and Education Foundation (NGWREF) recently announced the funding of two research projects, one on emerging contaminants and the other on the interactions between groundwater and streams. The two grants total $15,895.
Lecturer Carlos Molano, PE, will present a lecture on how spreadsheets can help solve simple and complex groundwater problems as part of the National Ground Water Research and Education Foundation (NGWREF) 2014 McEllhiney Lecture Series.
