Matrix Drilling recently served as a key sponsor of the first annual Soil Valley Conference, where the company also participated. The conference is focused on advocating for sustainable soil practices and the important role they play in water conservation, food cultivation, and overall environmental stewardship.
In addition to its sponsorship, Matrix also took part in the conference as a way to further support Soil Valley’s mission. The company looked forward to the opportunity to connect with other industry leaders and experts, as well as to share its own knowledge and experience. “We are pleased to be part of this important initiative to inspire the next generation to action and bring solutions to the challenges our world faces,” says a representative from Matrix.
The Soil Valley Conference features a variety of presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Key topics of the conference include the latest in soil research, innovative practices for soil health, and the potential impact of climate change. Soil Valley Impact Day during the conference boasted 60 Soil Valley-interested people and some 150 students who were interested in all companies at InnoFields.
The drilling elements of the event will include geotechnical, water well, and environmental drilling, all of which provide clean water sources and better structures for rural communities and farming regions. In addition to Matrix Drilling, retired general Ben Bekkering presented on the topic of preventing war over water during the Royal Experience Day in conjunction with Eijkelkamp North America.
Attending conferences like the Soil Valley Conference can be extremely beneficial for professionals in the water well drilling, geothermal drilling, and geotechnical drilling industries. These events provide a valuable opportunity to stay current on the latest research, technology, and best practices in the field.
