The Water Systems Council (WSC) has launched its third annual State of the U.S. Water Well Industry survey as part of its mission to protect and promote the water well industry.
This annual survey helps identify contractor and supplier perspectives on challenges, opportunities and trends within the water well industry. In a release, the group says approximately 90% of the questions match last year’s survey, making it possible to identify year-over-year trends.
To ensure confidentiality, WSC is again working with a third-party research firm to conduct the survey and compile the results. Data collected goes into the group’s third State of the Water Well Industry Report, and WSC plans to share the report with all survey participants. Survey data also helps the WSC when advocating for the water well industry at the local, state and federal levels.
The WSC has partnered with manufacturer, distributor and state association members to distribute the survey to their contractor and employee email lists. The WSC urges industry professionals who did not receive the link, to reach out to the Water Systems Council directly, or participating distributors or manufacturers. Survey participants are entered into a drawing for a $250 Visa gift card. In addition, anyone who completes the survey during Groundwater Week (Dec. 5-7) is entered into a drawing for a DJI Mini 2 Ultralight Drone Quadcopter. Stop by the Water Systems Council at booth 175 to get the survey link.
The deadline for completing the survey is Dec. 20, 2023. Survey results will be distributed in Spring 2024.
