Wyo-Ben Buys M-I Swaco Bentonite Operation

Drilling fluids and minerals provider Wyo-Ben Inc. has announced the acquisition of the bentonite operation of M-I Swaco, a division of Schlumberger. In a release, the company says the move further solidifies Wyo-Ben’s position in the industry and opens new avenues for growth and innovation.
