Brothers Chris and Nate Delahunty are building on work done by Matrix Drilling Products founder Bob Peters and, later, his son Kent. In fact, employee retention tells the story of how the company runs — and has run.
“We’re coming up on 10 people that will have been there over 30 years, and another 10 in between 20 and 30,” says company President Chris Delahunty.
“There is a solution set that comes with experience and background,” says Nate Delahunty, who serves as vice president of sales and marketing.
Together, with a roster of quality, experienced employees, the Delahuntys are seeing out Bob Peters’ vision of an independent company that retains a family feel. With such a strong foundation, Matrix has plenty to offer when it comes to supporting drilling clients and helping them solve problems encountered in the field. Matrix prides itself on continual improvement and being able to respond with custom solutions when the job demands, getting the “right string in the right hands, every time.”
