Set the Right Tone for the Day with a Good Safety Talk
This week’s question comes from Rex, who asks about how to give a safety talk that sets the right tone for the work day. It’s Ask Brock 204.
“It needs to be a reciprocal discussion. The first time I see somebody look down at the ground or snicker or roll their eyes, I’m like, ‘Alright, teach me.’ ”
Whether you talk about the day’s weather or the day’s risk profile, it’s important to get the information across in a way folks will listen to.
