Everybody’s gearing up for success in 2023. But what should you focus on if you really want a good year? In episode 195 of Ask Brock, host and drilling expert Brock Yordy suggests polishing up your professionalism. While safety, business skills and all that are critical to success, professionalism while you represent the industry is crucial to your reputation.

“Your social media presence is insanely important right now,” Yordy says. He adds that the social media profiles for our company — even our own personal profiles — are just a click away for a customer or agency doing due diligence for a contract. Acting a fool on social media, even dismissing or dissing customers, can have real-world impacts.

“It’s not helping us, and everybody’s watching,” Yordy adds.
