On Ask Brock, episode 166, host and drill trainer Brock Yordy salutes the dads out there for Father’s Day and gives them a mission.

“We’re celebrating the fathers who have encouraged and inspired their children to be the next generation of our industry, because we need them more now than ever,” Yordy says.

Plenty of kids want to leave behind home, a small town or just the family business. But Yordy says young people can do better than their parents and succeed in this industry. One doesn’t preclude the other.

And dads can be the key to help the next generation see that fact.
