Did you hear the one about the first drill rig? People called it a ground-breaking invention. Hah! Get it? No? I guess you had to be there. Dad jokes aside, today on Ask Brock, episode 114, host and drill trainer Brock Yordy salutes the dads out there for Father’s Day.

“Cheers to all you fathers out there,” Yordy says. “I’m damn proud to think of my son and daughter wanting to be in the construction and drilling industry.”

He talks about long hours away from family, passing the industry on to your kids, mentors, and sacrifices dads (and moms) in the drilling industry make for their families.

Brock and the whole The Driller family wish the dads in the audience a happy Father’s Day.
