Water system supplier Franklin Electric recently held its 2021 Commercial Summit, a company event that features educational sessions, keynote presentations and celebrations of sales achievements for its U.S. and Canada water operations. The company honored recipients for outstanding performance and customer support in the sales and field service engineering categories.

Alex Bracht, territory manager – western region, was recognized as the Franklin Electric Salesperson of the Year. In a released, the company says Bracht earned the award through leadership and dedication to Franklin Electric’s mission, while also inspiring coworkers and exceeding sales expectations. Franklin says Bracht has helped grow the company’s permanent magnet motor product sales, demonstrating product expertise across segments and vast market knowledge. 

Todd Hofstra was honored as Field Service Engineer of the Year. In a release, Franklin says customers comment the senior field service engineer  – western region for his methodical and customer-centric approach. The company adds that Hofstra’s in-depth product knowledge and troubleshooting expertise elevate his service for customers he serves.

Finally, the company recognized as Jim Sacriponte, Bryan Defoe, Dan Kolath, Robert Rufh, Tom Mitchell, Jennifer Ford, Ilse Gallegos, Jim Hartmann, Ryan Horner, Bob McClain as Team of the Year.

They handle the Northeast region – Sales, Field Service, Marketing & Customer Relations. The company applauded the team’s innovations in servicing customers of that region during the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic in the first half of 2020.
