We all know the importance of a good job safety analysis (JSA) to help minimize risk and clarify steps. But what about JSAs for companies that do work that isn’t “standard”? In episode 55 of Ask Brock, host Brock Yordy says a JSA is just a reference, and individual drill teams need to develop steps that account for their work. Start with basic job steps, he says, and then ask, “What do we think could happen next?”
