Farwest Corrosion Control has announced technical consultation for cathodic protection and corrosion control with its free "Ask the Farwest Expert" service.
“While our customers and our company are deemed essential businesses during this Covid-19 pandemic, we are all affected by safety precautions,” says Troy Rankin, president of Farwest. “We wanted to find a way to provide an extra measure of support. We decided to use our expert knowledge to be an immediate resource for our customers and colleagues. Many of our customers, who are working from home, may not have access to the resource files or field technicians they need for product, project or construction questions. Field technicians often need consultative resources to help with onsite issues. With skeleton teams in place right now, we thought access to our experts could fill some gaps.”
The company says its experts can provide information, collaboration, product details, technical suggestions and best practice insights for callers.
“Sometimes customer questions can be simple or they can have a complex issue,” Rankin adds. “Whether it is a conversation with our experts or providing a referral to another resource, we are standing ready to help our customers in the oil and gas, water and wastewater, power and marine industries.”
