Flint & Walling has announced the promotion of Ben Painter to national accounts manager – wholesale, where he will be responsible for the management of several national accounts as well as the current wholesale sales team. 

Painter brings 13 years of experience in the water systems and plumbing industry. His career began in water treatment assembly and transitioned to sales and support of two different Indianapolis-based plumbing supply distributors while pursuing his business degree. 

In 2010, Painter started with Flint & Walling as a district manager with responsibilities in seven states. In 2014, he was promoted to regional manager encompassing nearly one third of the country. According to the company, his passion, experience, and selling strategies played a key part in the company’s successes, and he will play an even bigger role as F&W continues to the next level.
