Geotechnology is welcoming Daniel A. Furgason as the geotechnical group manager for the firm’s Cincinnati Branch. The firm substantially increased its presence in the Cincinnati area in 2015 when it acquired Thelen Associates.

“Dan has extensive experience with both public and private clients for all types of construction related to earthwork and foundations,” says Cincinnati Branch Manager Keith Pryse. “He is a valuable addition to our Geotechnology team.”

Furgason’s leadership responsibilities will include staff management, client management and development, as well as senior technical review.

A graduate of Ohio State University, Furgason is a registered professional engineer in the states of Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan. He has more than 30 years of geotechnical engineering and project management experience in the Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio markets.
