The Geoprobe 3230DT drill rig combines advanced direct push functionality with traditional geotechnical auger rig and high-speed rotary drilling capabilities. The high torque and high-speed rotary range of the patented 4-speed combo is relevant to a number of applications. It transitions from driving 6-inch casing via direct push to wet rotary drilling in less than five minutes. A patented CB6 combo head puts power into hollow stem augers while having control and finesse to run high-speed wireline tools. A telescoping mast with a maximum height of 23 feet, 10 inches, allows for tripping 20-foot tooling sections.
