Flint & Walling Inc. is celebrating its 150^th anniversary this year. Established in 1866, Flint & Walling touts itself the oldest manufacturer in Kendallville, Ind.

The company first began by building hand-operated water pumps and the Flint & Walling windmill. Today, Flint & Walling remains at its original location and offers pumps and water systems for home, agricultural, commercial and industrial applications.

Its product line includes submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, jet pumps and booster pumps, as well as specialty items. Flint & Walling manufactures its own 4-inch submersible, jet pump and centrifugal pump motors.  

Flint & Walling Inc., established in 1866, is Kendallville’s oldest manufacturer. Flint & Walling is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zoeller Company, headquartered in Louisville, Ky.
