Flint & Walling Inc. has appointed Jim Byrom as its new district manager.  His area of responsibility will include Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

Byrom graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural economics. His sales experience reaches back at least seven years.
