Ditch Witch has launched a new website with a modern look and functionality, new interactive features, an easy-to-use customer account portal and faster access to local dealer information. The update aims to offer an enhanced user experience.
The biggest new feature is HDD Advisor, a web-based tool that allows customers to quickly determine the right tooling configuration for their Ditch Witch or Vermeer directional drill string. The time and money-saving feature is available through the site’s new Quick Tools page.
The revamped website also includes a new customer portal, myDitchWitch, which serves as an access point to Parts Lookup, Quick Tools and HDD Advisor. It also gives users a chance to set their dealer preference, manage their account profile and more.
Dealer information is more prominent than ever with a My Dealer button on the main page that automatically brings up local dealer contact information, a link to a targeted dealer page with special offers and new product information, and a link to the dealer’s website.
For easier viewing, key features are now highlighted on each product page and divided into categories. The site design is responsive allowing it to conform to desktop, laptop and mobile communication devices for a seamless user experience across platforms.
Ditch Witch brand directional drills, trenchers and other products are manufactured by The Charles Machine Works at a facility in Perry, Okla. The family-owned company, founded in 1949, focuses on three principles: honesty, hard work and giving customers the best product in the world.
