Hercules Machinery Corporation (HMC) is now the exclusive dealer for HPM srl drills in North America.
The designs of preeminent drill designer Giuseppe Cartechini, who owns HPM, can be found all over the world; notably, the drill mast assemblies that HPM manufactures are mounted exclusively on Caterpillar chassis. HPM’s drills are designed to provide excellent stability without the need for a large base, thanks to the high-strength materials used to build them.
“I design every drill to be as safe, efficient and reliable as possible with exceptional visibility and straightforward controls for smooth, precise operation and excellent maneuverability,” said Cartechini.
Justin Reed, vice president of HMC, said, “This is truly an exciting time at Hercules as we partner with one of the greatest, if not the greatest drill designers of all time, Giuseppe Cartechini, and HPM.”
HMC assembles its drills in the U.S. with mast assemblies imported from Italy and with the Caterpillar chassis purchased from Caterpillar OEM Solutions. HMC now has HPM200 and HPM250 units in stock and ready for rent or for sale at its locations in Fort Wayne, Ind., and in Rocklin, Calif.
“With this partnership, we can now offer our customers foundation drills that are unsurpassed in strength and quality, all at a competitive price,” said Reed.
HPM is owned by drill design engineer Giuseppe Cartechini.
