Flexcon Industries, leader in well tank technology, announces the acquisition of In-Well Technologies. Based in Lena, Wis., In-Well Technologies manufactures pressure tanks designed to fit into water well casing.

In-Well Technologies will be integrated into the operations of Flexcon Industries. Manufacturing will move from Lena, Wis., to Flexcon’s manufacturing facility in Randolph, Mass., where production is scheduled to begin mid-June.

This acquisition will expand Flexcon’s current tank offerings, and will allow current customers to purchase all of their pressure tanks from one source.

Flexcon Industries is a leading manufacturer of diaphragm expansion tanks for water well systems and hydronic heating and thermal expansion tanks. In addition to its location in Randolph, Mass., the company also has manufacturing facilities in Taichung, Taiwan. It markets its products in 90 countries.
