Tricone drill bits
January 2, 2012
Hi,
We are currently interested in acquiring tricone drill bits for our well drilling company in Mexico. We would like to get the best benefits from a reliable product that would make us work in a more efficient way. Therefore, we are evaluating options to start using new products.
1. Which is the drill bits cost? We usually use 12 ¼in., 13 3/4in., 16in. 17 1/2 in. for the hardest soil formations. If you are able to offer several alternatives depending on formations or qualities (petroleum well, water well, semi-new, used) , please detail on their cost and remaining life (if used).
2. Do you sell just your brand products? If you do so, how it compares against leader brands (Hughes, Smith, etc.)? I would like to know technical and economical differences if you don't mind.
3. Are your products certified? Do you have technical specifications for the drill bits?
4. Which are the payment terms? Would you receive payments by credit card, wire transfer, PayPal or others?
5. Which kind of transportation are you able to offer? Which is your delivery time? Which is the cost of each one?
6. Are you able to handle the import process? Does this have an extra cost? If not, do you have suggested import agents?
7. Are you able to handle insurance during it transportation? Which is the related cost?
8. Which is the incoterm?
9. Which is the warranty for the drill bits that you are able to offer? If needed, how could I make it valid?
10. Do you have a representative for your product in this area? If you don't, would you be interested in having one?
