Super Mud from PDSCo. is a liquid polymer slurry that primarily is used as a viscosifying agent and as a soil stabilizer to prevent sloughing and/or collapse of a borehole. Five gallons of Super Mud is equivalent to one ton of conventional bentonite. The product is non-fermenting and non-toxic, and is available in 5-gallon pails and half-gallon jugs of six to a case.
