WATERCON 2011 is the name of the 3rd combined conference of the Illinois Section American Water Works Association and Illinois Water Environment Association (IWEA). It will be held in Springfield, Ill., on Mar. 21-24, 2011.

WATERCON 2011 will feature more than 180 water and wastewater exhibitors; seminars and technical sessions for operators; and a silent auction benefitting Water for People.

“In these tough economic times, it just makes sense that the two leading water and wastewater organizations in Illinois join forces to keep our mission – to enhance and protect the Illinois water environment through education and collaboration,” says Dennis Priewe, president IWEA.
