Trojan Technologies has launched a new brand for its residential business unit, changing its name to VIQUA - a Trojan Technologies Co..

"We provide a broad spectrum of solutions to our customers who are facing water quality issues,” says Ron Braun, managing director. “This new brand will allow us more flexibility as we grow and expand that market."
Trojan Technologies acquired R-Can Environmental Inc. in August 2008, and operated its residential business unit under that name until the recent rebranding efforts.

The company produces the Sterilight and TrojanUVMAX products lines for residential water treatment solutions. The residential business will continue to operate out of Guelph, Ontario, with approximately 90 employees.
