On the Job:
RO Plant for Golf Course Irrigation
Reverse osmosis does the job.

Florida Treasure Coast golf courses experience periods of insufficient rainfall and must rely on large amounts of high-cost municipal treated water for their irrigation requirements. Available well waters contain high amounts of chlorides, which are harmful to the grasses. Aquious Water Equipment Technologies designed, built and installed a reverse osmosis (RO) system to produce low-total dissolved solids (and chloride) water. This RO system delivers a continuous water supply for a substantially lower cost than the municipal supply. The system was designed to be doubled in size on the same skid. This enabled the use of a smaller water treatment plant building, which also saved the owner construction costs.
