Professional Water Technologies Inc., Vista, Calif., a manufacturer of high-performance reverse osmosis chemicals and experts in membrane forensics, has appointed David Russell as the company’s sales director. Russell has specialized in membrane separation processes since 1982, including the construction, installation, commissioning and field service of reverse osmosis systems and related processes. He most recently was an assistant vice president at GE Betz, Minnetonka, Minn.
