The Ultrasonic Level Transmitter (ULT) by Stevens is a non-contact, solid state device for the measurement of level, volume, proximity or distance in corrosive material environments. The ULT features NEMA-4 construction and an RS-232 interface for set-up and configuration. It functions by transmitting a series of ultrasonic sound waves. Suitable for harsh environmental applications, including wastewater treatment plants, tank level measurement, surface water and sea water depth, the ULT is available with a standard range of 1 foot to10 feet, but also is available for closer range applications upon request.
