The Red Valve Series G Knife Gate Valve incorporates a robust design and features to help ensure drop-tight sealing, including a precision-buffed gate and two bosses welded to the valve seat. A double-lead thread on the valve stem helps allow for quick, smooth actuation. The recess-free seat is designed to resist buildup of heavy deposits and is manufactured in the customer's choice of either stainless steel or elastomer.
