Last year at its Annual Convention and Trade Show, the California Groundwater Association (CGA) conferred the J.D. Doshier Award, 2001 Contractor of the Year, to Wes Heitman of W.S. Heitman Drilling in Red Bluff. Heitman has served as a Northern California Branch officer and has been a member of several CGA committees.
