The George E. Failing Co. (GEFCO), manufacturer of drilling equipment for the water well, oil and gas, mining and geotechnical industries, has announced that it has received certification from the American Petroleum Institute (API) to use the official API monogram on its products in accordance with API's quality program known as API Spec Q1. API Spec Q1, which includes all of the requirements of the International Standards Organization's ISO 9001:2000 quality program, ensures the supply of quality products to the drilling industry.
