Flomatic Valves recently announced that it has acquired all the assets of the New Ward Valve.

Mark Fisher, president of New Ward Valve, Manchaug, Mass., and Bo Andersson, president of Flomatic Valves, Glen Falls, N.Y., announced that Flomatic Valves has acquired all the assets of the New Ward Valve. They say they believe that New Ward Valve's Teflon seated check valve products and y-strainers will compliment Flomatic's stainless steel check valve products. Fisher has agreed to stay on as a consultant to assist Flomatic during the transition period.
