Numa has made available a new line of pneumatic lubricators targeted for the DTH hammer and bit drilling industry. The positive displacement air-operated lubrication systems are designed to inject rock drill oil into the air lines under positive pressure to lubricate DTH hammers while drilling. The pneumatic lubricators are offered in two capacities - 15 gallon for the 12-inch hammer and smaller market and 45 gallon for 18-inch hammers and larger. The design of these systems includes a lubricant tank, a pneumatically operated lubricant pump, a supply side air filter and regulator, fill level sight gage, various connection lines, output lines and check valve. Single pump lubricators are capable of pumping up to 12 quarts per hour at 1500 psi.
