Numa, a designer and manufacturer of down hole hammers and bits, has recently announced that Western Supplies been added as a distributor of its down hole hammers and bits to the horizontal drilling industry.
Western Supplies, based in Wichita, Texas, has been in existence since 1970 and is owned by Brenda Wood. Assisting with running the company is vice president Beth Wood and operations manager Jim Sweet. The company specializes in pipeline contractor supplies and has an extensive inventory of boring machines and auger strings for both rental and purchase. Due to its experience in the horizontal boring industry, Western Supplies will be mainly dealing with Numa's horizontal drilling products, chiefly the Impact Ring Bit System.
While making this announcement, Numa's president Ralph Leonard stated, "Just like Numa, Western Supplies understands the key to sustained success lies with the success of their customers. Putting your customer in a position to complete their projects quickly and easily is what it is all about. We are proud to have Western Supplies as part of the Numa family of distributors."
